Handstand
A handstand is a gymnastic move where a person balances their body upside down, supported only by their hands. It requires a great deal of strength, balance, and control. To perform a handstand, the individual starts by placing their hands on the ground, shoulder-width apart. They then kick their legs up into the air, using their core muscles to maintain stability. The body should form a straight line from the hands to the feet. Handstands can be done against a wall for beginners or freestanding for more advanced practitioners. This challenging exercise not only builds upper body strength but also improves coordination and body awareness.
